Ordering and Shipping

Ordering:

Each piece marked “in stock” is ready to be shipped. Since artist’s hand is a one-person studio, I don’t want my customers to order pieces and then have to wait for me to fabricate them. When pieces that I can replicate are sold, I mark them “out of stock.”

The photos of “in stock” pieces show the exact piece you will be receiving. When I replicate a piece that has been sold, I mark it “in stock” and retake the photos.

When a one-of-a-kind piece has been sold, its photo is moved to the Archive page. This page serves as a way for you to see the range of my work and perhaps inspire you to commission a piece for yourself. Just contact me to start discussing design, materials, and price.

Payment:

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Signing up for PayPal is free, and it allows you to use either your credit card(s) or the funds that you choose to transfer into your PayPal account. Here’s a link if you need to sign up: How to Set up a PayPal Account

Shipping:

Shipping is always free! I ship via USPS using First Class Mail (1-3 day delivery time), and the cost is included in the price of each piece. For pieces priced at $50.00 or more, full insurance is also included.

If the piece is a gift which you want sent to the recipient instead of to you, please contact me at the time you pay for your purchase. I will be happy to also include a gift card with the wording of your choice.
